Saint Urban News

In February at Saint Urban, love and bubbles are in the air as we turn our focus to Champagne—the world’s most celebrated expression of elegance and restraint.

Beyond the sparkle, we explore the region’s depth: chalk-driven terroir, meticulous farming, and the quiet precision that defines its greatest growers. Our February menu is built to complement Champagne’s range, from taut, mineral Blanc de Blancs to richer, aged cuvées that show how Champagne is arguably one of the most food friendly wines in the world.

Thoughtful, refined, and quietly indulgent, February is an invitation to experience Champagne not as an occasion, but as a cuisine.

Join us for a special CHAMPAGNE DINNER hosted by BILLECART-SALMON

Join us February 11th at 7pm with a representative of the estate to taste through these iconic wines paired perfectly with a menu to match!
