A changing monthly menu inspired by the world’s finest wines.

Our dishes showcase the wine, culinary essence and seasonal ingredients from one of twelve iconic wine regions. This month we are exploring the wine and food of Côte de Beaune. In June we turn our attention to Spain.

We offer a four-course prix fixe menu and a seven-course tasting menu.

Wine pairings are offered in three tiers plus a unique Domaine pairing in which almost all wines in the pairing are from a single vintner. Wine can also be ordered from our extensive, award-winning wine list.
